From Leucos the Sail series.
Wall lamp with satin white glass and metal frame in painted grey aluminum. Available in two sizes (SAIL 40 and SAIL 63), both ADA compliant. Uses two compact fluorescent light sources; one in front for up-down lighting, the other in back for wall wash lighting.
